Delete your account and data

If you use StopSee without an account

Your trips, settings and driving habits are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them. You can also clear parts at any time: Settings → Privacy → Clear recent places / Clear driving habits.

If you signed in

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account, your backed-up settings and your saved trips from our server right away. If you can't open the app, email feedback@stopsee.app from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my StopSee account", and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Settings → Privacy lets you clear recent places, driving habits and trip history, and turn off anonymous usage statistics. Or email feedback@stopsee.app and tell us what to delete.

What is kept

Anonymous usage statistics (no name, email, device ID or coordinates) cannot be tied to you and are kept. Purchase records required for tax and refund handling are kept by Google Play and Apple under their policies.
